Platform and Analytics Engineering Manager

The Role

We are looking for a platform and analytics engineering manager in order to help us build infrastructure which can be used by the AEs, to build complex integrations and to define guidelines and structures for the analytics engineers.

 

Responsibilities:

• Implement CI/CD and orchestration processes in our platform
• Integrate non-standard data sources
• Work with the security team to ensure that requirements are implemented in the platform
• Define DBT guidelines and work with the Analytics Engineers to ensure these are implemented
• Implement data quality and infrastructure monitoring 
• Work with the Analytics Engineers in order to define data architecture
• Provide technical and personal guidance to Analytics engineers

 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering
• Excellent understanding of data infrastructure of the modern data platform
• Excellent understanding in dbt and larger scale structuring
• Experience in managing Analytics Engineers and providing technical guidance
• Familiarity with data governance and security practices (e.g. data masking etc) 
• Experience in financial services analytics, especially with lending products, is highly desirable.
