Senior Content Marketeer

The Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced content strategist who can define and implement a comprehensive content plan for our Indian market entry. This individual will be responsible for building awareness of Stenn's brand, communicating our value proposition, and managing our content-related collaborations with local agencies.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, capable of driving both the creation and execution of impactful content across multiple channels. They will play a crucial role in educating the Indian market about Stenn’s unique trade finance offerings and positioning us as a trusted leader in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Content strategy development: Develop and lead the content strategy for Stenn in India, with a focus on raising brand awareness, educating prospect customers, and positioning Stenn’s offerings as a differentiated solution.
- Content creation & execution: Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Agency management: Collaborate with and oversee local content agencies to produce high-quality, market-relevant content tailored to our target audience.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content supports broader campaign objectives and resonates with Indian SME exporters.
- Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance across channels, optimizing strategies based on insights to drive engagement and conversions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of content marketing experience, with a focus on strategy development and execution in India.
- Proven experience managing external agencies and vendors.
- Strong understanding of digital content creation, SEO, and distribution tactics.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to create content for diverse platforms, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media, and email marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the finance, B2B, or SME sectors is a plus.
