Senior Brand Designer

The Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Brand Designer to elevate our brand identity and visual communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create compelling designs that resonate with our audience and align with our strategic goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative branding solutions that enhance our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of brand assets, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and visual guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- Create high-quality marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and social media graphics.
- Conduct market research and analyze design trends to inform brand strategy and design decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a creative environment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and defend design choices with rationale.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of design innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand design or a related role.-
- Demonstrable knowledge of color theory
- Mastery of the core Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Media Encoder) and other relevant tools and software
- Skilled in Figma
- Strong knowledge of graphic design with some UX capability
- Able to work with and, art direct photography
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work and a deep understanding of brand identity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.
