By collaborating with our product team, you will have a significant impact on shaping our product vision. You'll uncover technical opportunities that elevate the capabilities of our products. Through rapid iteration, you'll lead your team in implementing the most effective improvements. Your advocacy will ensure that reusability, scalability, availability, and performance are not just attributes, but foundational features of our products.
What will you be responsible for in this role?
- Lead and Inspire: Act as both a people and technical leader for your squad, guiding and inspiring them towards excellence.
- Process Management: Develop and implement effective processes for squad management, including organizing ceremonies and maintaining thorough documentation.
- Cultivate Continuous Improvement: Foster a mindset of continuous improvement within your squad, encouraging them to surpass their own benchmarks.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet and exceed expectations.
- Mentorship: Serve as a mentor to squad members, supporting and guiding their professional development and career growth.
- Talent Acquisition: Play an active role in recruiting top-tier talent, contributing to the elevation of the company's overall standards
How do you know if you are the right candidate?
You will have 2-10 years of experience managing engineering teams, be an experienced problem solver and be a strong leader in people management, including hiring, career development and performance management.
