THE ROLE
At S-RM no day is the same, and there are incredible opportunities to learn. We’re proud to say our investigative training is amongst the best in the industry. We are looking for someone who will lead on the quality management of our digital forensic investigations, as well as playing an important part in developing the Digital Forensics practice at S-RM.
The primary function for this position will be the development, management, and continuous improvement of Quality Management at S-RM. The day-to-day work of this role will broaden beyond ISO17025 to include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Lead the business in the ongoing maintenance of ISO17025, ISO9001, ISO140001, and ISO27001 accreditations, acting as the single point-of-contact for accreditation bodies.
- Development and management of our Quality and Information Security Management Systems by continuously assessing and enhancing processes and procedures across the business.
- Manage and conduct internal auditing procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation related to quality management systems, accreditation status, and internal audit results.
- Provide training and support to staff to ensure awareness of and adherence to quality and security standards.
- Create and present reports for review by the senior leadership in the business.
- Management and maintenance of our Digital Forensics Laboratory.
- Direct support of, and work with our Digital Forensics
This position will be based in our London office and will require a primarily on site presence, although some flexibility for work from home will be available.

We’re looking for someone with some or all of these skills who can adapt to change and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment:
- Proven experience in Digital Forensics.
- Any experience in the management of a Digital Forensics laboratory will be beneficial.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, quality management principles, and best practices in digital forensics.
- Experience in working with ISO/ IEC 17025:2017.
- Experience with other ISO standards including 27001, 9001 and 14001 will be beneficial.
- The ability to work to challenging deadlines with changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational

The role will be based in our London office. However, we have flexible working arrangements available.
