ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
APAC INVESTMENT MIGRATION HEAD
S-RM is looking for an experienced professional to play a key role in managing and building our Malaysia Corporate
Intelligence (‘CI’) team and leading our APAC Investment Migration (‘IM’) practice.

THE ROLE
The role leading our APAC Investment Migration practice will involve managing and building our existing team of
analysts in Kuala Lumpur, as well as handling the complex case workflow for the regional IM businesses. In addition
to handling direct line management and training of juniors, this role will also involve oversight of case managers and
editors in Hong Kong and Singapore.

In the context of the above, the role will involve:
- Line management of the Malysia Investment Migration team, currently comprising six team members.
Drive and build the team further, making additional hires to accommodate increasing workflows. - Management of regional Investment Migration case management, including management of case
administration, workflow delivery, editorial processes, and QA processes. - Management of APAC client communications and periodic international travel to clients in Americas and
- Collaboration with APAC CI management team around client development, capacity building, and other
regional initiatives. - Collaboration with Investment Migration global leadership in London to implement ongoing product
development and quality alignment
Collaboration is an important part of our corporate ethos, and this team will develop alongside our wider regional team
in Asia. The role will be based at our Malaysia office. However, we have flexible working arrangements available.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We think candidates with the following skills and experience are likely to succeed as an Associate Director at S-RM.

We’re looking for someone that is able to adapt to change and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment, this
person will have some or all of these skills:
• Extensive experience in the corporate intelligence, due diligence, and investigations sector, including
experience leading teams delivering these services;
• Detailed knowledge of the Malaysia market, including sectoral, client, and relevant local employment trends;
• A strong background in people management;
• A strong background in research administrative management
• Fluency in English to an exacting standard;
• Fluency in an Asian language;
• A desire to keep a foot directly in delivery as well as ambitions to pass experience on to a growing team;
