Senior Editor
SENIOR EDITOR,
SINGAPORE
WHO WE ARE
S-RM is a global intelligence and cyber security consultancy. Since 2005, we’ve helped some of the most sophisticated clients in the world solve some of their toughest strategic challenges.
We’ve been able to do this because of our outstanding people. We’re committed to developing bright, curious, driven individuals who want to think critically, solve complex problems, and achieve success.
But we also know that work isn’t everything. It’s about the lives and careers it helps us build. We’re immensely proud of this culture and we invest in our people’s wellbeing, learning, and ideas every day.
We’re excited you’re thinking about joining us.
WORKING IN CORPORATE INTELLIGENCE AT S-RM
Every day, we’re asked by some of the world’s most prominent companies to research the backgrounds of those they’d like to do business with, respond to bespoke questions, and support our clients with intelligence as part of contentious disputes.
We use the latest research techniques and tools to investigate how companies and individuals do business in today’s world. It’s our job to find the evidence, analyze whether it’s true, and put it in context to help our clients understand its importance.
If that sounds challenging, it is. No day is the same at S-RM, and there’s incredible opportunities to learn. We’re proud to say our investigative training is amongst the best in the industry, and you’ll work alongside the smartest colleagues in the field. We hire to learn from your ideas as much as to share our own.
The range of topics we cover means there’s no ‘typical’ analyst or assignment. You’ll work alongside journalists, international relations experts, linguists, economists, lawyers, and scientists. Our work also spans every region of the world and over 30 languages. The only thing that matters is an enthusiasm for the work, a sense of curiosity, and the skills to succeed.
If that sounds like the kind of work you find interesting and the kind of team you’d thrive in, we’d like to hear from you.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Editor you’ll play a vital role in the development of S-RM’s fast growing Corporate Intelligence team in Asia. As Senior Editor, you will lead development of a new, scalable editorial function within our Corporate Intelligence business. Initially focused on our growing Citizenship and Visa practice, you will work closely with our Corporate Intelligence teams throughout Hong Kong, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur, to build out an editing pipeline for regional Citizenship and Visa reports looking at subjects based throughout the region.

This will include line editing, logic editing, and structure editing of reports – making sure reports are written in native, business English and that the content of reports is clearly structured, logically coherent, and internally consistent. You will develop deep fluency in our reporting and research requirements across our client cohorts in the role.
Additionally, you will also lead the hiring, training, and line management of junior editor(s) to support and expand a wider, scalable editorial function as our Corporate Intelligence practice grows in region.
