What You’ll be doing

We are seeking a Semantic Graph Solutions Specialist to join our growing Product team in EMEA.
In this role you will work with Squirro’s clients, as well as with internal product and engineering teams, to deploy SaaS solutions that deliver ROI-impact for our enterprise clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

•     Project manage client engagements from pre-sales to onboarding deployment and training.
•     Work with clients and internal teams to provide taxonomy, ontology, and classification expertise, ensuring solutions meet user needs and business objectives.
•     This role requires a blend of product and project management skills and semantic graph expertise.
•     Be a product evangelist contributing to online content and in-person events.
•     Gather and prioritize client requirements, and contribute fresh ideas to the product development roadmap.
  
  

Your Skills and Experience

•     Strong project management skills.
•     Strong client-facing skills.
•     Strong communication and presentation skills.
•     Practical experience developing taxonomies and ontologies.
•     Practical experience managing human and-or machine classification.
•     In-depth knowledge of controlled vocabulary standards and best practices (ANSI-NISO Z39.19, ISO 25964, etc.).
•     in-depth knowledge of semantic web standards (RDF, SKOS, OWL, SPARQL, etc.).
•     Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
•     Familiarity with graph databases, specifically including RDF graph databases.
