As we scale our impact in the Gen AI space, we’re looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our go-to-market strategy and drive sustainable, scalable growth across all revenue channels.
As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at our fast-growing SaaS startup, you will be responsible for architecting and executing the company’s revenue strategy across all customer touch-points—from acquisition to retention. Reporting directly to the President, you’ll be a core member of the executive team and a key driver of our global go-to-market (GTM) efforts as we scale our generative AI platform across industries and regions.

We’re seeking a world-class Chief Revenue Officer to scale our commercial engine across markets, build a high-performance revenue organization, and drive our next phase of growth.
🎯 Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end revenue strategy across sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships.
- Build a scalable, metrics-driven revenue engine aligned with product-market fit, funding milestones, and geographic expansion.
- Partner with the President, CFO, and board on growth planning, forecasting, and investor communications.
- Design and lead the GTM model across verticals with high enterprise relevance, particularly BFSI and manufacturing.
- Drive rapid customer acquisition with low CAC and high retention by aligning teams on messaging, sales motion, and delivery.
- Experiment with new markets, pricing strategies, and channel approaches using real-time performance data and feedback.
- Hire, mentor, and scale a global sales team across enterprise, mid-market, and strategic accounts.
- Implement repeatable sales playbooks, compensation models, and performance metrics tied to ARR growth.
- Be actively involved in complex, high-value deals—especially in AI/ML, data, or innovation-driven buying centers.
- Build a customer success function that delivers onboarding excellence, drives Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and expands customer lifetime value.
- Cultivate a customer-first culture focused on insight delivery, relationship depth, and advocacy.
- Implement tools and processes for churn prevention, upsell, and expansion opportunity tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine positioning, demand generation, ABM, and content strategy.
- Tailor GTM initiatives for technical buyers, innovation teams, and enterprise transformation leaders.
- Define systematic metrics by which we can be an AI-centric marketing organization.
- Help the partnerships team build alliances with cloud providers, system integrators, and AI infrastructure players.
- Establish channel partnerships to accelerate penetration in BFSI, manufacturing, and priority regions (Europe, US, UK, Singapore).
- Co-develop go-to-market motions with ecosystem partners to drive pipeline and deal velocity.
- Own GTM analytics: ARR, CAC, CLTV, pipeline velocity, conversion, and forecasting accuracy.
- Use AI and automation to optimize sales ops, territory planning, and GTM execution.
- Build a modern revenue tech stack that supports insight-driven decisions and rapid experimentation.
- Represent the commercial organization in board meetings, fundraising efforts, and strategic planning.
- Partner with the executive team on capital allocation, pricing, and long-range growth bets.
- Help shape a culture of transparency, urgency, and performance.
💡 You’ll Be a Great Fit If You
- Proven success as CRO, VP Revenue, or VP Sales in a high-growth SaaS or GenAI business.
- Experience selling complex AI/ML, search, or data-centric solutions to enterprise and mid-market buyers.
- Demonstrated ability to grow revenue from ~$5M to $50–100M+ ARR through cross-functional GTM leadership.
- Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics, PLG and SLG models, and the B2B AI landscape.
