As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team as the B2B Sales Representative and drive our business forward. 

What Will Your Role Be

As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales to corporate clients, promotional product distributors, and enterprise accounts. You will focus on lead generation, consultative selling, and account management to grow our corporate partnerships. This role requires a proactive sales professional with experience in B2B sales, preferably in the custom apparel, promotional products, or printing industry.

What You´ll Do 

  • Sales & Business Development

    • Identify and target corporate clients, promotional product distributors, event organizers, and resellers for apparel sales.
    • Generate new business through proactive outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and LinkedIn prospecting.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
    • Educate clients on Spreadshirt’s product offerings, customization options, and order capabilities.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations to suit their branding and promotional goals.
    • Act as a consultant, helping clients navigate design, product selection, and pricing for  orders.

    Sales Operations & Account Management

    • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts for orders.
    • Negotiate pricing, volume discounts, and contract terms to maximize profitability.
    • Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

What You´ll Bring

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in printing, promotional products, apparel, or corporate gifting).
  • Proven ability to develop leads, close deals, and manage corporate accounts.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to educate and guide clients through the purchasing process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with print-on-demand, screen printing, embroidery, or promotional merchandise is a plus.
