LATAM Brand & Partnerships Manager
About the role
We are looking for a Brand & Partnerships manager to join Sporty Group and support the development and execution of our brand across LatAm markets.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can think about the brand, but more importantly, make things happen. You will work closely with the Brand Director, helping translate strategy into clear actions, ideas, and campaigns, while ensuring strong coordination across teams and markets. You will also work closely with the Global Partnerships Lead in order to activate our sponsorships and ambassadors.
We are looking for someone who understands brand, communication and marketing, can contribute ideas, and is equally comfortable organizing, prioritizing and delivering.
What you'll be doing
- Support the development and execution of brand strategy across LatAm markets (mainly Brazil and Mexico)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ambassadors
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives
- Identify potential sponsorship opportunities and evaluate their suitability, profitability, and alignment with the organisation's brand.
- Translate brand direction into concrete initiatives, campaigns and content ideas
- Identify key moments, products and opportunities to activate throughout the year
- Ideate content and its execution for activation to drive engagement
- Build and manage a clear and actionable brand calendar across markets
- Lead brand campaigns end-to-end (from idea to execution)
- Coordinate with internal teams (media, marketing, product, content, social) to ensure alignment and delivery
- Oversee partners’ adherence to contractual commitments, proactively identifying, flagging, and resolving any issues - protecting Sporty's interests.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Act as a connector between strategy and execution, bringing clarity and momentum to projects
What you'll bring
- 5–8 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of brand, communication and marketing fundamentals
- Ability to contribute ideas and concepts, with good creative judgment
- Strong knowledge of sponsorship principles, trends, and best practices
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects and timelines
- Hands-on mindset: proactive, practical and execution-focused
- Ability to work across teams and push things forward without direct authority
- Strong knowledge of sponsorship principles, trends, and best practices
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-market environments
- Good balance between creativity and structure
- Strong communication skills (clear, concise, and practical)
- Fluent English & Portuguese is required
