About the role
Reporting to the Director of Games Operations, the Games Project Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Games Operations team and the wider business by coordinating and managing the group’s projects.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution, process improvement, providing structure, ownership, and oversight to ensure smooth operations across various projects, whilst adhering to local and international regulatory compliance.
What you'll be doing
- Act as the key point of contact within Games Operations for all compliance requirements, ensuring processes are tracked and completed on time.
- Plan and manage games certification and renewal cycles, taking full ownership of annual regulator submissions to prevent gaps or missed deadlines.
- Serve as the point of contact for all new market entry planning, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure compliance and smooth launches.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams on new initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and with clear accountability.
- Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of a centralized knowledge base for the Games Operations team, improving documentation and knowledge sharing over the long term.
- Partner with legal teams on regulatory compliance documentation, ensuring alignment and completeness.
- Work with multiple stakeholders across regions and time zones to track, coordinate, and execute tasks and projects.
What you'll bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a fast-paced or regulated environment.
- Experience in iGaming (B2B or B2C), with an understanding of games compliance and certification requirements for casino products.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and self-management skills, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across locations and time zones, navigating differing priorities and workflows.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of identifying issues, creating solutions, and improving processes.
- While games expertise is helpful, it is not mandatory—a structured, organized approach and ability to learn quickly are more important.
