Performance Marketing Manager
About the role
As we strengthen our presence in Cameroon, we are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition initiatives in the country. This role is responsible for defining and scaling data-driven digital marketing strategies, while leveraging strong local market knowledge to support sustainable growth.
You will work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and creative teams to scale growth efficiently in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
What you'll be doing

Own and drive the performance marketing strategy for Cameroon across web and app, with accountability for growth, budget management, and ROI

Collaborate with the User Acquisition team on multi-channel execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, mobile DSPs, and other relevant marketing channels

Identify, analyze, and prioritize growth opportunities by assessing market dynamics, user behavior, and funnel performance

Define and execute a structured testing and learning roadmap to improve core KPIs (CPA, LTV, conversion rate), with a strong focus on efficiency

Develop and scale affiliate, programmatic, and local partnership channels, evaluating incremental value and long-term contribution to market growth

Lead performance analysis using analytics and attribution tools, translating data into clear insights and recommendations

Work closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to deliver localized, high-impact campaigns and influence roadmap decisions

Monitor competitors, regulatory developments, and industry trends to uncover new growth levers

Build and maintain strong relationships with key platforms, publishers, and local partners to secure strategic and operational advantages

Provide leadership within areas of responsibility, fostering ownership, collaboration, and a results-oriented, data-driven culture
What you'll bring

3+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition

Proven experience delivering results in the Cameroon market

Fluency in English and French

Strong hands-on experience with major performance marketing platforms

Advanced analytical skills with the ability to drive decisions from data

Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals across paid media and acquisition funnels

Strong awareness of Cameroonian digital consumer behavior, local platforms, and regulatory context
