Motion Designer
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Motion Designer to join our Marketing Design team and support Sporty’s continued growth across Latin America, while also contributing to our global markets. In this role, you’ll create engaging, high-impact motion content for digital marketing channels and social platforms, helping bring our brand and campaigns to life across the region.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, performance, and brand teams to develop creative concepts that balance strong visual storytelling with performance-driven outcomes. The role sits under the guidance of the Marketing Design Lead and Senior Marketing and Motion Designers and is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects from concept through to delivery.
What you'll be doing

Creating visually engaging motion content for digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, social media, and display advertising

Collaborating with marketing, performance marketing, and brand teams to understand briefs and deliver creative aligned with business objectives

Owning the motion design process from concept development through to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output and timely completion

Contributing ideas and creative thinking to help elevate the quality and effectiveness of motion content across LATAM and global campaigns

Staying up to date with motion design trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools or technologies

Working closely with data and analytics teams to incorporate performance insights into creative decisions

Supporting recruitment efforts by contributing to the identification and hiring of high-quality design talent as the team grows
What you'll bring

A degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field

Proven experience in a motion design role, supported by a strong portfolio of work

High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Experience producing motion content for digital marketing and social platforms

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams

Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

A strong eye for design aesthetics and visual storytelling

The ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Fluent English and Spanish language skills

Experience working on campaigns for Latin American markets

Experience working in performance-driven or data-informed marketing environments

Experience mentoring or supporting junior designers
Tech Stack / Role Specific Tools
