People Operations Specialist - (HRBP)

What you'll be doing
- Taking care of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, off boarding, employee engagement projects, documentation and communication with employees and introducing talent retention ideas and policies in line with company processes
- Identify and assess the HR needs of the business, and developing and implementing strategies to meet those needs
- Managing and sharing employee reports with the team and stakeholders on a regular basis
- Supporting Hiring mandates as per business requirements
- Acting as a point of contact and support for employees on HR-related matters such as policies, benefits, and grievances
- You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and systems driving efficiency, and effectiveness across the department
- Managing employee relations and ensuring a positive work environment for all employees
- Creating a strong employer brand image for organization
What you'll bring
- Graduation in any discipline, Post-Graduation in HR or psychology is preferred
- 3-6 years of experience in HR business partner or HR Operations role preferably in a BPO environment
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws & regulations, Talent Management, Hiring specifics, performance and wellbeing initiatives
- Should be able to work independently and take end to end accountability for employee lifecycle
- Effective stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting expertise
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Strong data management and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of market intelligence Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Available to work from office based in Andheri East, Mumbai
