Your Mission

As a People & Culture Operations Specialist at SPARETECH, you will lay the foundation for an exceptional employee experience through seamless, meticulous, and people-centered HR processes. In close collaboration with the entire People & Culture team, you will create structures that allow our international team to collaborate effectively and grow both professionally and personally. With a keen eye for detail, a passion for people, and a commitment to continuous improvement, you will help shape SPARETECH into an inspiring and supportive workplace.

We offer you the opportunity to

  • Manage all HR operations tasks, including creating employment contracts, reference letters, and maintaining data in Personio
  • Preparatory the monthly payroll accounting and liaise with external payroll provider
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tax advisors, regulatory authorities, and other external institutions
  • Support during the On- and Off-boarding process 
  • Oversee Freelancer Management and ensure smooth collaboration
  • Support our Talent Acquisition Manager to hire additional team members for SPARETECH 
  • Work on P&C projects to further develop a great place to work 
  • Utilize the best tools (Personio, Notion, Slack) for an efficient and professional way of work

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with a wide variety of people, both in English and German
  • Have a strong willingness to learn, maintain a positive attitude, and continuously seek improvements in processes and tools
  • Are eager to learn and have a positive mindset
  • Have at least two years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or People & Culture roles (ideally in a fast-growing SaaS company)
