Join SPACE44 as a Hybrid Cloud Technical Manager if you're ready to lead in managing hybrid cloud environments, integrating IT and OT systems, and optimizing digital workplaces. Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Manage hybrid cloud solutions, including Microsoft SQL Server and cloud databases like AWS RDS and Azure SQL Database.
• Operational Technology Management: Plan, implement, and manage OT solutions and integrate IT/OT systems.
• Security Management: Develop and implement data protection strategies and conduct risk analysis.
• Capacity and Cost Management: Analyze resource requirements, optimize cloud service costs, and prepare budgeting reports.
• Team Leadership and Strategic Planning: Lead IT teams, promote innovation, and develop strategies for technology integration.
• Collaboration: Work with diverse teams to support projects and strategic initiatives.

Requirements & Key Skills:

• Education: Hold a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in managing cloud solutions and leading IT teams.
• Technical Expertise: Experience in hybrid cloud solutions, IT/OT integration, and infrastructure security.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills for effective collaboration. German proficiency is an advantage.
