Position Overview: 

 

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and passionate about digital marketing trends, SEO, social media, and performance marketing. Working closely with our Content Manager, the successful candidate will develop a digital-first approach to drive brand awareness, engagement and client acquisition, tracking performance and ROI.  

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Website and SEO 

  • End-to-end management of the Sonata One website, demonstrating proficiency in CMS like WordPress, HTML, CSS skills and digital ability to use asset management tools. 
  • Leverage Google Analytics to track, analyse, and report on website performance and campaign effectiveness, providing data-driven insights to optimise digital marketing results. 
  • Analyse and improve the Sonata One website to better communicate our story and value proposition to prospects 
  • Action approved changes including page structure, content flow, calls to action, and performance optimisation.  
  • Lead technical SEO efforts, ensuring we are indexed and ranked for key search terms; implement a strategy to appear on Google’s first page. 
  • Integrate HubSpot with the website to capture and track leads effectively. 
  • Create landing pages and downloadable content (e.g., brochures, guides) 
  • Support web development initiatives by enhancing website functionality, user experience, and performance through collaboration with design and technical teams. 

 

Lead Generation & Campaigns 

  • Implement AI-powered lead prospecting and automatic outreach workflows across LinkedIn and email to target high-value roles in specific firms. 
  • Build and manage LinkedIn marketing campaigns and integrate them into seamless workflows that direct traffic to the website.  
  • Run targeted email campaigns using HubSpot, aligned to firm-specific and role-specific segments.  
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). 

 

Content & Video 

  • Build a library of video content featuring senior leaders; manage production, editing, and embedding across key web pages. 
  • Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with the audience to build community. 
  • Lead on digital PR and link-building strategies to increase visibility and authority. Internal Marketing & Intranet. 
  • Own and manage the Sonata One intranet as a central hub for internal communications, knowledge sharing, and cultural engagement. 
  • Drive internal marketing through the intranet, promoting our values, culture, learning and development, and career progression opportunities. 
  • Introduce and maintain features such as polls, messaging tools, and news updates.  
  • Use geo-targeted campaigns to support talent acquisition in key jurisdictions. Client Reporting & Insights  
  • Create live scorecards and client-specific newsletters to showcase performance and value delivered to each client.  

 

Planning & Reporting 

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital marketing plan with clearly defined KPIs and success metrics.  
  • Provide regular updates on performance and iterate quickly based on insights.  
  • Demonstrate a strong bias for action and ability to execute efficiently. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within financial services, SaaS, or professional services.  
  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot, SEO, LinkedIn Ads, and email automation.
  • Demonstrated experience in full website management.  
  • Strong hands-on skills across web platforms (e.g., WordPress), paid media, and analytics tools (e. Google Analytics).  
  • Strong, technical CMS skills (e.g Wordpress, HTML, CSS) 
  • Web Development skills 
  • Experience building and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable impact.
  • Excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and highly organised.  
  • Able to work independently, take ownership, and deliver at pace.
