Head of Delivery - Technology

Position Overview:   

We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Delivery - Technology to ensure the successful delivery of our engineering projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that technical teams deliver high-quality solutions on time, within scope, and aligned to business strategic goals. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive execution, provide robust reporting, remove blockers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 

Responsibilities:   

•  Deliver end-to-end engineering initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and are aligned to business goals. 
• Deliver consistent and insightful weekly reporting. 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers and technical leads to define scope, priorities, and roadmaps.

• Manage and track delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and progress across multiple projects.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams.

• Identify and address delivery risks, escalating where necessary.

• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

• Support resource planning, team capacity management, and stakeholder communication. 

• Act as a coach and mentor for engineering teams on delivery best practices. 

Qualifications:   

• Proven experience in engineering delivery leadership.  

• Excellent reporting and analytical skills 

• Excellent project management and organizational skills. 

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and modern software delivery practices. 

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Experience with delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar. 

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset. 

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
