The Role

As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will lead energising, safe, and engaging group fitness classes while fostering strong relationships with our members. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating a motivating atmosphere that encourages members to achieve their wellness goals, while ensuring Shoreditch Health Club's high standards of service and experience are upheld.

Working closely with the fitness team to ensure a high standard of the studio spaces,
exceptional guest experience, meeting and exceeding member expectations.
Deliver exceptional group fitness classes, including but not limited to yoga, Pilates, HIIT,
strength training, and other wellness modalities.
Ensure proper gym equipment use and maintain safety.
Build strong relationships with members, providing encouragement, advice and support
to help them achieve their fitness goals.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should be a confident, proactive leader with a passion for the fitness and wellness industry. Specific qualities and qualifications include:

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a group fitness teacher in a premium or
luxury fitness environment.
Certified by a recognised fitness organisation
Strong understanding of fitness techniques and group training methods.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with
members of varying fitness levels.

Exceptional organisational ability in a fast-paced environment.
