The Role…
At Soho House, the Club Manager will hold a central leadership role, overseeing all aspects of the daily operation to ensure a consistently exceptional experience for members, guests, and staff. With a strong focus on service delivery, team management, operational excellence, and upholding the Club’s brand values, the Club Manager acts as the on-site lead across departments—hospitality, facilities, member services, and events.
As a visible and approachable leader, you will inspire your team to uphold the Club’s culture of discretion, sophistication, and attentiveness, while maintaining a profitable, safe, and well-organised environment.

Key duties…
- Ensure that hourly employees are trained on company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job
- Lead engaging training sessions on Soho House food and drink programs through storytelling, demos, and initiatives like “Cook House,” “House Tonic,” and “Club School.”
- Collaborate across departments to ensure every guest interaction is seamless, aligned with brand expectations, and delivered with consistency.
- Support recruitment efforts by identifying talent needs, participating in interviews, and evaluating candidates alongside People & Development.
- Oversee onboarding and development of new team members, ensuring the floor team is confident, polished, and guest-focused.
- Be visible on the floor and engaging with the members gaining feedback and noting any comments through the reporting channels and directly to the kitchen and front of house team
- Ensuring that members and guests have a great experience and resolving any issues before they depart
- Contact person for all staff for any requests and problems and being responsible and pro-active in problem solving
- To ensure that the club team is appropriately groomed and wearing the correct uniform in accordance with site and company standards
- Ensure the menus are updated monthly and are correct at time of printing, adhere to GM’s deadlines for menu printing
- Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure that the department runs efficiently
What we are looking for...
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure
- Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests
- Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously
