Head Spa Attendant - Soho Farmhouse
The Role…
At Soho House, a Head Spa Attendant a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional spa environment for members and guests. This position combines operational oversight with hands-on service, ensuring the spa is immaculate, well-stocked, and running smoothly at all times. You will lead the spa attendant team, coordinate with therapists and reception staff, and proactively respond to both guest needs and operational requirements.

Key duties…
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa attendant team, ensuring all cleaning, setup, and restocking tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Maintain and monitor spa facilities, including treatment rooms, changing areas, relaxation lounges, pools, and thermal suites.
- Coordinate with the Spa Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day running and alignment with service standards.
- Support guests with guidance on spa facilities, treatments, and etiquette.
- Address guest feedback promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with therapists and reception to ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Conduct regular checks on all facilities and equipment, ensuring they meet hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Follow and enforce hygiene and sanitation protocols in line with company and legal requirements.
- Lead, train, and support the spa attendant team to deliver consistent service standards.
- Create staff schedules and allocate daily tasks based on business needs.
What we are looking for...
A successful Head Spa Attendant for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure
- Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests
- Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously
