White City House…

Located in the former BBC headquarters in West London, White City House features 1960s-style interiors, a state-of-the-art gym and rooftop pool and bar. The club features a screening room, a Cecconi’s Northern Italian restaurant, our Japanese restaurant Pen Yen with cabaret performances, plus daily music and event programming. The Role… 

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our West London team at White City House (W12 7FR)). As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel, going above and beyond to deliver a memorable guest experience, you'll work closely with all departments to ensure a smooth daily operation which includes; checking guest in and out, resolving guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner and responding to requests for help and information
