Our customer is an innovative company that utilises state-of-the-art technology to assist in the care of elderly people. By using predictive algorithms, AI, and IoT home devices, the ecosystem creates an interactive tool that enables care services to better understand and support each elderly individual.

👨💻Type of cooperation: Full-time, remote.
👯Your responsibilities on the project will be:
- Lead the Full-Stack team in planning and developing our products end-to-end, optimising high-scale solutions, from the database and the backend to the client-side. Working on web and mobile applications.
- Foster technical excellence. Design and implement robust, scalable solutions using ReactJS and NodeJS as well as Mobile Native.
- Hands-On Development - Actively contribute to coding and technical problem-solving, setting an example for the team by driving high-quality development standards.
- Lead the QA processes, ensuring thorough testing and quality assurance standards are met.
- Mentor and develop engineers to support their high performance and professional growth.
- Partnering with the Product Team to build the product roadmap and drive the technical execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap.
- Find the best place to collaborate with stakeholders.
👨🏻💻You can be part of the following team:
Softermii's team: 3 Full-stack engineer, and remote team in Istrael.
App team: 1 TL, 5 devs, 1 Manual QA, 1 AutoQA
Data team: 1 TL, 5 devs
Devops team: 3 devops
Product team: Head, 2 products, 1 designer, 1 medical consultant
You will lead a small team consisting of two developers and will later also manage QA and automation roles (which we plan to open soon).
🕹Tools we use: Jira, Confluence, Git, Figma
🗞Our requirements to you:
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering;
- 2+ years of experience in Leadership;
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining full-stack applications using React, React Native, and Node.js.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL databases.
- Ability to navigate and enhance both well-written and legacy codebases.
- Proficiency in implementing and recommending improvements based on Object-Oriented Programming patterns and best practices.
- Experience in collaborating effectively with both technical and managerial stakeholders.
- Ability to provide proactive consultancy by offering ideas and suggestions for system and process improvements.
- Skill in identifying edge cases, gaps, and potential issues in code implementations.
- Experience in participating in code reviews and contributing to maintaining high code quality standards.
- Demonstrated experience with Open Source projects.
💥It would be cool if you have experience:
- Еxperience with Prisma ORM.
- Еxperience with SQS/Kafka, Jenkins (CI/CD), NoSQL/AnalyticsDBs.
