Type of cooperation: Full-time/remote

 

⚡️Your responsibilities will be:

 

-Successfully manage fixed-price projects and work with requirements to set up development processes and drive project execution by a team of up to 7 people.

- Communicate directly with the customer to clarify priorities, align them with the team, and ensure successful project implementation.

- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, provide progress updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations to maintain alignment across the team.

- Develop and maintain project schedules based on team capacity and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.

- Manage the project budget, considering resource costs, obligations, and expense forecasting, and ensure adherence to the budget.

- Respond to changes in project requirements or the business environment while maintaining focus on quality outcomes.

- Offer new ideas and methods to improve product efficiency, competitiveness, and overall project performance.

- Ensure the understanding of technical and budgetary constraints, proposing feasible solutions and avoiding contradictions with existing functionality.

- Document decisions and meeting minutes in a clear and concise manner.

- Facilitate team composition and selection in collaboration with Heads of Offices.

- Oversee the creation of job descriptions for new positions and make hiring decisions.

- Achieve project KPIs and align the team with the project’s objectives.

- Provide training for necessary technical and soft skills to the project team.

 -Address and solve problems related to the project team, customer, and other aspects of the project.

-Identify and capitalize on upsale opportunities with clients.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Continuously generate and manage a backlog of ideas for new features and future releases.

- Lead the launch of new projects, including kick-offs with clients and teams, and manage communication plans.

🗞Our requirements to you:

 

- 2+ years of experience as PM in an outsourcing company. 

-  Experience with similar domain is must have.

- Advanced English level.

 

-Experience with Fixed prices and in building roadmaps, charts, and reports for project visualization and management

- Knowledge and experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies

- Ability to use project management tools and wiki systems to organize and document information

- Strong communication skills to interact with various project stakeholders

- Data visualization skills to build mockups, wireframes, use case diagrams, prototypes, etc.

- Experience and understanding of pre-sale process

- Project scope decomposition preparation

- Project scope estimation

- Team composition - at least a high-level understanding of how to compose a team

- Strong experience of User Stories preparation, Acceptance Criteria documentation, and approval with clients

- Experience of UI/UX design review based on prepared requirements and correction of it

- Strong understanding of Business flows, processes, and purpose

- Ability to simplify solutions when the client tries to bring complex requirements for the project

- Experience with Change Requests management

- Experience with Risks management.
