👬Why we have opened this vacancy: Team extension.
Type of cooperation: remote, part-time up to 10-20 hours per week
👯Your responsibilities on the project will be:
- Participate in pre-sales phase to show company expertise, provide technical design and estimations;
- Work collaboratively with the data science team, backend engineer, devops, focusing on understanding business challenges and identifying potential tech-based solutions;
- Coach and lead ML Engineers;
- Develop and assess data-driven models with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI technologies;
- Utilize advanced techniques such as Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG), and semantic vectors to enhance model performance;
- Collaborate with a team and client to ensure prompt alignment with project goals and user needs;
- Monitor and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement;
- Optimize AI prompt generation process to enhance overall system performance;
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing and machine learning;
- Provide support to teams in understanding prompt engineering best practices;
- Draft and distribute reports on prompt performance and development progress.

🗞Our requirements to you:
- At least 5 years of data science/ML experience;
- 2+ years of experience in leadership positions;
- NLP, LLM, generative AI - e.g. GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders);
- Proficiency in Data Vectorization;
- Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG), semantic vectors
- Agent Development Frameworks: Familiarity with platforms for developing conversational agents;
- Understanding of MLOps practices;
- Experience in Natural Language Processing / Machine Learning;
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including deep learning;
- Proficient in Python and expertise in libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch;
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and familiarity with big data technologies including Hadoop and Spark;
- Experience with latest LLM models currently being rolled-out in consumer-facing generative AI tools;
- Experience with AI tools and APIs like OpenAI (ChatGPT, Dall-e), DeepL or similar;
- Experience with LangChain and LangSmith;
- Experience with Docker and deploying APIs to cloud (will be a plus);
- B2 level of English;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Ability to dive deep and understand the business side of the project;
- Provide clear documentation of processes, workflows, recommendations, etc.
- Be able to communicate with stakeholders directly and independently;
- Be able to communicate with customers during the pre-sales phase to present company expertise.
