📲Project:

The logistic project dedicated to helping companies carry out goods worldwide, we create a system of managing container shipping by sea. A business-friendly digital freight forwarding service, together with the freedom and control of a user-friendly digital solution.

Type of cooperation: Full-time

 

👯Your responsibilities on the project will be:

- Get on with the Product Owner on the ideas assessment that could be transformed into the actual implementation and functions extension.

- Be a really motivated Product Designer to hold UI/UX Research, ideas brainstorming, prototype solutions, and present results to stakeholders.



You can be part of the following team: 3 fullstack developers, QA, Tech Lead, CTO. 

 

🗞Our requirements to you:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with at least 4 years in an IT company, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing design concepts, prototypes, and results.

- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma (or similar).

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

- Experience designing responsive interfaces for various devices (web, mobile, tablet) and creating breakpoints for different screen sizes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative and strategic mindset.

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present and articulate design ideas effectively, defend decisions, and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and development teams.

- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, modern UX best practices, and working with design systems and tools like Material UI or similar open-source libraries.

- Proven experience in competitor and market research to inform design decisions.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners and cross-functional teams.

- Experience in maintaining and supporting design style guides to ensure consistency across products.

- Conversational English at a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level, with direct client communication experience.

- Strong ability to independently create intuitive, attractive, and innovative design concepts.

- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends to improve design quality and user experience.
