The Role 🛠️

We are seeking a structured, execution-focused CRM Manager – Marketing Sendouts Specialist to serve as the vital bridge between lifecycle strategy and hands-on execution. In this role, you will take ownership of cross-departmental communication requests and lead the preparation, launch, and analysis of multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Web App, and Push Notifications) powered by our proprietary in-house CRM platform.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will coordinate seamlessly with Content, Design, Affiliates, and Acquisition to translate high-level marketing goals into flawless, timely campaign rollouts. What You’ll Do 🚀

• Own the end-to-end operational setup, targeting, testing, and distribution of marketing sendouts across Email, SMS, Web App, and Push Notification channels using our proprietary CRM system.
• Act as the primary operational link between CRM strategy and execution, efficiently prioritizing and managing incoming sendout requests from Affiliates, Acquisition, and internal stakeholder teams.
• Partner directly with Content and Design teams to ensure all creative assets, copy, translations, and promotional mechanics are aligned, accurate, and ready ahead of schedule.
• Conduct thorough pre-campaign testing (links, personalization tags, segmentation logic) and deliver comprehensive post-campaign analysis to evaluate open rates, CTRs, conversions, and revenue impact.
• Maintain regular campaign tracking and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and channel health metrics directly to management to inform future CRM strategy.
• Maximize the capabilities of our internal CRM engine, identifying workflow bottlenecks and suggesting process improvements for cross-functional requests.

What We’re Looking For 🎯

• Hands-on experience managing and executing multi-channel sendouts (Email, Push, SMS, Web App messaging) within a fast-paced digital environment (iGaming, Fintech, E-commerce, or Gaming preferred).
• Proven ability to act as a bridge between strategic stakeholders and creative teams, managing tight deadlines and competing campaign briefs efficiently.
• Hands-on experience working with custom-built CRM tools, back-office marketing engines, or automated campaign managers.
• Solid foundation in campaign analytics with the ability to interpret pre/post-launch data, spot trends, and prepare concise performance summaries for leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a sharp eye for proofreading copy and visual layouts across creative assets.
• Strong organization skills using tools like Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) or task-tracking platforms to manage high-volume daily sendout schedules.
