About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and versatile Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team in New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing environment, supporting both local market hiring as well as global recruitment initiatives.
You will play a key role in sourcing top talent across multiple functions, including IT and Marketing, helping us build a high-performing and diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, both technical and corporate within the iGaming industry.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Source, screen, and assess candidates from local and global markets.

Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS.

Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development.

Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the iGaming industry.

Proven experience recruiting for both IT Hiring( Backend, Front end, QA, Mobile, etc) and Corporate hiring ( Marketing, Operations, Designer, etc).
- Senior/Executive roles recruitment experience is a must.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Comfortable working in-office.
