Sportsbook Trader/Risk Manager

We’re looking for a Sportsbook Trader/Risk Manager to join our fast-growing iGaming team and help shape the sportsbook offering across the U.S. market, with a focus on New Jersey operations.

In this role, you’ll manage betting markets, monitor odds, and ensure the sportsbook delivers competitive, profitable, and engaging content for U.S. players. You’ll work closely with data, product, and trading teams to maintain market accuracy, analyze risk, and identify opportunities to optimize performance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage pre-match and live betting markets across multiple U.S. and international sports

• Adjust odds and markets in real time to optimize profitability and maintain market competitiveness

• Analyze player behavior, trading performance, and risk exposure

• Collaborate with product and data teams to improve pricing models and trading efficiency

• Ensure compliance with New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) regulations and internal trading policies

• Manage trading tools, data feeds, and automation systems

• Contribute to strategy development for market expansion and sportsbook performance

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Sports Trader or in a similar role within iGaming or sports betting

• Deep understanding of U.S. sports and betting markets (NHL, NFL, NBA, MLB, NCAA, etc.)

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions quickly

• Experience working with trading tools, market feeds, and automation systems

• Excellent attention to detail and risk management mindset

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, aligned with live event coverage

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a regulated U.S. market (preferably New Jersey)

• Familiarity with trading automation or scripting tools

• Knowledge of global sports and odds-making practices
