Product Manager

What You’ll Do
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our U.S. brands/games/platforms.
- Continuously improve the UI and UX of our consumer-facing features (mobile and web), using a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis (with a U.S. focus), and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Marketing, Design, Engineering, Operations, Legal & Compliance — to deliver high-quality features, platform improvements, and system integrations tailored for the U.S. regulatory environment.
- Work closely with Legal & Compliance teams to ensure our products are fully compliant with U.S. federal and state gaming regulations.
- Collect, prioritize, and triage requests from Operations and Marketing teams; translate them into actionable product backlog items.
- Analyze product performance and user behavior via analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Power BI, Amplitude) to inform feature improvements and drive growth.
- Prioritize backlogs and manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, post-launch iteration, and retirement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related topics within your domain.
- Lead a small team of Product Owners/Associate Product Managers who will translate your product ideas into detailed technical requirements and coordinate execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, preferably with consumer-facing digital or mobile-first applications.
- Proven experience delivering digital products from ideation, through launch, to growth and iteration in the U.S. market.
- Experience within regulated industries (ideally gaming, iGaming, fintech, or gambling) is strongly preferred.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, BigQuery, Power BI, Amplitude, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments, collaborating cross-functionally, and adapting to changing regulatory and market conditions.
Nice to Have
- Prior U.S. iGaming or sports-betting (or casino/gambling) product experience.
- Experience launching products in regulated U.S. markets (state by state).
- Knowledge of U.S. federal and state gaming regulations, compliance, and product implications.
- Experience leading or mentoring a product team or managing Product Owners/PMs.
