Data Analyst

• Evaluate marketing and branding ROI across multiple media-buying channels.
• Analyze customer behavior, payment patterns, and retention to improve segmentation strategies.
• Automate reporting and build dashboards to monitor KPIs such as LTV, ARPU, retention, and conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor data quality and help automate analytical workflows for efficiency.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Interpret complex data and present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
• Evaluate conversion funnels and recommend strategies to maximize results.
• Proactively identify business and marketing patterns that can enhance performance.
• Reconcile data from multiple sources (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics, internal systems) to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Operations to understand business needs.
• Act as a liaison between the analytics team and other departments to ensure alignment and effective use of data.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in iGaming is an asset.
