We’re looking for a proactive Office Manager to support operations in our Toronto office. This role ensures a professional, efficient, and supportive work environment while managing vendors, coordinating events, assisting with HR processes, and maintaining compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and facilities
- Support HR with onboarding, scheduling, and employee logistics
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Coordinate company meetings, travel, and team events
- Handle invoices, expenses, and other administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations
What You Bring
- Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment (iGaming experience a plus)
- Tech-savvy, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
