We’re looking for a proactive Office Manager to support operations in our Toronto office. This role ensures a professional, efficient, and supportive work environment while managing vendors, coordinating events, assisting with HR processes, and maintaining compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations and facilities
  • Support HR with onboarding, scheduling, and employee logistics
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Coordinate company meetings, travel, and team events
  • Handle invoices, expenses, and other administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations
What You Bring
  • Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment (iGaming experience a plus)
  • Tech-savvy, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
