About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Generalist Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing environment, supporting both local market hiring as well as global recruitment initiatives.

You will play a key role in sourcing top talent across multiple functions, including IT and Marketing, helping us build a high-performing and diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, primarily IT and Marketing, within the iGaming industry.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

• Source, screen, and assess candidates from local and global markets.

• Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS.

• Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development.

• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the iGaming industry.

• Proven experience recruiting for IT and Marketing roles.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Ukrainian and/or Russian language skills are a plus but not mandatory.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Comfortable working in-office when the office reopens in Toronto.
