Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)
What the job is about
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting Sofico’s fast growth and expanding Sofico’s workforce by identifying, attracting, and assessing new talent. You’ll partner with business stakeholders to understand their talent needs and work closely with the hiring teams to provide a second-to-none candidate experience. You’ll focus on building diverse pipelines, organising structured interview processes and contributing to broader TA technology and employer branding projects.

Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to capture recruitment needs and role requirements
- Attract and source qualified candidates through various channels, incl. social media, recruitment agencies, job boards and networking
- Review resumes, inbound applications and conduct initial screening calls
- Proactively build and maintain passive talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
- Enhance the candidate experience by offering transparent feedback and guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Gather salary expectations and work with our internal team to prepare and extend compelling offers
- Keep track and evaluate recruitment metrics to optimize processes and make sure hiring goals are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Be a Sofico ambassador and collaborate on Employer Branding initiatives
Your skills and interests
You have a strong passion for people and a sharp eye for identifying high-potential talent. You enjoy engaging with candidates and collaborating with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You are organised, proactive, and hungry to achieve results.
Required
- 3+ years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes (from intake to signed offer) in a global, fast-paced environment
- Experience with recruiting software engineers, business analysts and testers
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- A proactive, structured and data-driven approach to hiring
- Strong communication skills and well-developed soft skills
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Resilience, adaptability and the ability to stay effective under pressure
- Maturity and professional judgement when dealing with stakeholders and candidates
- Ability to shift tasks and priorities when business needs change
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and HiBob HRIS
- Experience with leading employer branding initiatives
