About the job
Sofico’s Miles Enterprise Suite continues to evolve to support the growing complexity of the leasing, fleet management, and mobility services industry. As projects scale across markets, teams, and customers, strong project administration becomes critical to successful delivery.
As a Project Administrator, you support project and program managers in delivering complex software projects smoothly and consistently. You bring structure, transparency, and control to project execution by coordinating administration, reporting, financial tracking, and stakeholder communication.
You work closely with project managers, PMO, finance, and delivery teams to ensure projects stay aligned, predictable, and well-documented.
Your responsibilities are:
- Support planning, execution, and monitoring of software project deliveries
- Track timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and action items
- Coordinate internal and external project meetings and ensure follow-up
- Maintain accurate, structured project documentation using company tools and templates
- Monitor budget, forecast, invoicing, and time registration alignment
- Support invoicing preparation and expense tracking
- Ensure project setup and reporting comply with Sofico frameworks and agreements
- Coordinate onboarding and access management for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify administrative inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements
- Support change requests and impact assessments together with the Project Manager

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously improve the way projects are supported.
What else is expected:
- Experience in project administration or within a PMO environment
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum environments is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear verbal and written communication in English
