As our Product Operations Manager, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes orchestrator making sure our product organization hums like a well-tuned engine. You’ll be the glue between product, engineering, and customer teams, ensuring processes are smooth, scalable, and smart.  

If you love turning chaos into order, spotting inefficiencies like a hawk, and rallying cross-functional teams around a shared goal, this role is your voyage. 

 

 

Your Responsibilties

• Partner with Product Managers on planning, execution, and prioritization. 

• Streamline workflows, tools, and documentation for consistency. 

• Align product, engineering, sales, marketing, and implementation teams. 

• Consolidate insights and track progress for roadmap planning. 

• Enable transparent communication across teams. 

• Help define KPIs and build dashboards for product performance. 

• Support budget planning and follow-up. 

• Coordinate go-to-market readiness for product releases. 

• Spot bottlenecks and drive process improvements. 

 

 

Your Profile

You’re a natural organizer with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership. You thrive in environments where multiple stakeholders are involved, and you know how to keep everyone aligned without breaking a sweat.  

You don’t wait for permission to improve things, you spot inefficiencies, propose solutions, and rally others to make them happen. 

 You’re curious, collaborative, and always looking for ways to elevate how teams work together.  

• Proven experience in product operations, product management, or similar roles  

• Skilled in process optimization and tool implementation  

• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)  

• Solid grasp of Agile, Scrum, and software development methodologies 

• English is a must, Dutch is a plus
