The Miles Enterprise Suite is on a mission: to evolve with the fast-paced world of leasing, fleet management, and mobility services. As Sofico ventures into new verticals, we’re assembling a fresh team to tackle the quirks of truck and equipment leasing, think trucks, excavators, and material handling beasts.
As a software engineer, you’ll adapt Miles Enterprise Core to the unique challenges of truck and equipment leasing. From multi-element assets to self-managed maintenance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop new features for truck and equipment leasing
- Collaborate with fellow engineers in an agile Scrum team, participating in stand-ups, backlog refinements, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Contribute to the global developer community, sharing best practices and driving innovation.
- Analyzing existing code and designing technical solutions based on functional requirements.

What else is expected:
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer in a professional environment.
- Expertise in Java 17, Java EE7, and Java frameworks.
- Solid understanding of relational databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, or Postgres.
- Experience with Microservices architecture
- Fluent in English, as the role requires interaction with international teams
