The Strategy Deployment & Integration Lead ensures that business-critical programs, including M&A integrations, strategic change efforts, and leadership execution rhythms, are thoughtfully scoped, well-governed, and executed with discipline and cross-functional alignment.
This role connects strategy to execution by enabling strategic focus, embedding governance, and supporting leadership teams in staying aligned, accountable and forward-looking. A blend of PMO, chief-of-staff, and strategic integrator, this person delivers both hands-on program support and the infrastructure (tools, frameworks, governance) needed for consistent, effective transformation.

- Acting as a trusted partner to the Chief P&O on transformation infrastructure
Core responsibilities
1. M&A Integration Leadership
- Lead or coordinate the end-to-end integration of acquisitions (org structure, systems, culture, communication, and leadership alignment).
- Partner with P&O, Finance, IT, and BU leaders on transition planning and synergy tracking
- Create and refine integration playbooks for repeatable use in future acquisitions
- Monitor integration health through qualitative and quantitative feedback loops
2. Strategic Program Governance & Execution
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks to ensure prioritization, visibility, and accountability for strategic initiatives
- Support the selection, scoping, and health-checking of programs within the strategic portfolio
- Coach and guide initiative owners on program design, execution planning, stakeholder alignment, and risk management
- Monitor interdependencies between initiatives and escalate risks or misalignments
- Develop communication plans for strategic initiatives, including progress updates for executive and broader audiences
3. Leadership Cadence & Operational Rhythm
- Design and run leadership routines such as Quarterly Business Reviews, strategic steering forums, and cross-functional alignment sessions
- Support the C-suite (esp. Chief P&O and CEO/COO) with planning and facilitating strategy offsites, alignment workshops, enterprise retrospectives and MT & Board preparations.
- Ensure these forums are outcomes-oriented, action-driven and strategy aligned
4. Goal Setting & Strategic Alignment
- Partner with Finance and Org Design & Agility Lead to support company-wide KPI frameworks and OKR adoption
- Facilitate quarterly and annual goal-setting processes
- Drive cross-functional alignment and cascading of objectives.
Your Profile
- Holds a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, PMO, integration management, large-scale change and transformation programs, M&A integrations or equivalent.
- Strong governance, structuring and execution capabilities; highly organized, disciplined, and analytical, able to bring clarity and alignment to complex cross-functional programs.
- Deep systemic understanding of how organizations operate and how to translate strategy into execution, balancing strategic thinking with operational follow-through.
- Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively across all levels of the organization — stakeholder management from first-line teams to senior leadership.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and facilitation skills; builds trust and fosters alignment.
- Curious and continuously learning — stays up to date with emerging trends, methodologies, and best practices.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and willing to travel internationally (up to ~10%) when business integration activities require on-site presence.
