 As Head of Office & Facilities, you’ll have the chance to leave your mark on every corner of our global workplace. This role goes beyond daily operations: you’ll shape the sustainability journey, drive cost optimization and lead strategic projects. For the roll-out, you can lean on our local office admins to bring your ideas to life.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Lead and mentor the local office manager.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all facility, office, and workplace-related matters
  • Ensure a modern, safe, and inspiring workplace environment that supports hybrid working.
  • Lead office investment cases (expansions, relocations, refurbishments) and present business cases to management.
  • Streamline travel management balancing cost, sustainability, and employee experience.
  • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce CO₂ emissions, energy usage, and waste.
  • Monitor and report sustainability KPIs to management.
  • Manage the office and facilities budget, including forecasting and reporting.
  • Oversee and renegotiate contracts for major suppliers (e.g., office lease, electricity, cleaning, security).

Your interest and skills

You thrive in fast-paced, international environments and love turning challenges into opportunities. Analytical and strategic, yes, but also hands-on and pragmatic when it counts.

Stakeholder management is your playground. You speak fluent “C-level” and “coffee machine,” and you’re just as comfortable collaborating with teams in other time zones as you are leading a meeting at HQ.

What else is expected

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Operations or equivalent.
  • 5 – 8+ years of experience in facility, operations, or office management, ideally in an international setting.
  • Experience with leading a team.
  • Strong experience in contract negotiation, vendor management, and budgeting.
  • Proven track record in sustainability initiatives (CO₂ reduction, ESG reporting, energy efficiency projects).
  • Fluent in English (Dutch or other European languages are a plus).
