Mid-level Implementation Consultant (m/f/d)

As an Implementation Consultant, you will play an important role in creating, configuring, and assembling the foundational components of Sofico’s solution to support and enhance business processes. You will collaborate closely with clients and project teams to design, implement, and deliver tailored solutions within our Miles Enterprise Platform that meet customer needs. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze customer needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

• Configure, test, and document solutions within the Miles platform.

• Collaborate with business analysts, technical analysts, and developers to ensure successful delivery.

• Support go-lives, manage change requests, and resolve issues.

• Advise customers on best practices and optimization opportunities.

Your Profile

• Fluent in English.

• Experience in software implementation or system configuration in a tech environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Confident communicator with various stakeholders.

• Experience with ERP systems in the automotive or financial services industry is a plus.
