Mid-Level Sales Engineer

Are you both technically sharp and commercially driven? At Sofico, we’re looking for a Sales Engineer who can connect client needs to tailored software solutions—bridging product, business, and technology.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to our prospects and customers, helping them understand how Miles Enterprise —our flagship platform for automotive finance, leasing, and mobility—can drive their success. You’ll play a key role in RFx processes, product demos, and strategic discussions that shape the future of our client relationships.

Your Role

• Translate needs into solutions: Collaborate with Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, and the Product & Marketing teams to shape compelling proposals.
• Own the pre-sales process: Support and write RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs; ensure each proposal reflects deep understanding and clear value.
• Lead technical demos: Present product solutions with clarity and impact—engaging both business and technical stakeholders.
• Be a strategic partner: Build long-term relationships with customers, becoming a go-to person for insights and recommendations.
• Inform product direction: Feed back client insights and competitive intelligence to help refine our roadmap.

Your Profile

• Solid technical affinity and strong communication skills
• Comfortable sparring with clients on both functional and technical topics
• Experience with ERPs or other complex software packages (SAP, Oracle, Odoo Tableau...) is a strong plus
• Interest or background in automotive, leasing, or mobility is a bonus
• Fluent in English; Dutch, French, or German are a plus
• Willing to travel occasionally across our international offices and customer locations
