AI QA Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Flow Validation: Design and execute test cases for complex user intents, ensuring actions like account closures are processed accurately.
• Quality Assurance: Evaluate AI responses for linguistic accuracy, "human-like" tone, and conversational naturalness across multiple languages.
• Edge-Case Testing: Simulate "what-if" scenarios, such as handling switched-off devices, voicemail transitions, and network interruptions.
• Multi-Platform Integration: Test and optimize the user experience across Telegram, WhatsApp, and other third-party messaging integrations.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Monitor error logs to identify, document, and resolve friction points or system failures.
• Issue Identification: Proactively pinpoint bottlenecks in the conversational flow to improve overall AI logic and performance.

Role Requirements:

• 5+ years of related work experience as a Manual QA Engineer.
• Solid knowledge of testing processes, methodologies, and standards.
• Proficiency with Postman, n8n (or other similar open source tools).
• Experience in defining the scope of testing, developing a testing approach.
• Knowledge of JIRA and/or similar bug-tracking tools.
• Experience in test documentation creation and maintenance experience in defining the scope of testing, test plan, writing test cases.
• Strong verbal/written communication & an excellent attention to detail.
• Attentive to detail, analytical skills, and a scientific approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in Telecommunications & AI would be an advantage.
• Very good command of English.
