Content Release Manager

As a Content Release Manager, you will be the central coordinator for our massive library of content. Your mission is to manage the end-to-end "onboarding" of content from a diverse range of external providers into our aggregator platform. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of Portfolio Management and Operational Precision to ensure our roadmap is executed flawlessly across global markets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Act as the primary custodian of the content aggregator portfolio. You will oversee the lifecycle of titles from multiple providers, ensuring the portfolio remains balanced, updated, and aligned with our commercial roadmap;
  • Roadmap Coordination: Gather and organize upcoming content releases from various providers, maintaining a master schedule that keeps all internal stakeholders informed.
  • Configuration & Data Entry: Accurately input and manage content codes, parameters, and technical metadata within our internal management systems;
  • Asset & Market Readiness: Collect and audit all creative assets (banners, thumbnails, logos) and ensure they meet the specific cultural and regulatory requirements for different international markets;
  • Provider Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for content studios to collect necessary documentation, assets, and launch details;
  • Database Integrity: Regularly audit the existing portfolio to ensure all content information, links, and assets remain functional and up-to-date.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in Operations, Partnership Management, Project Coordination, or Content Management;
  • Organizational Mastery: You have a "zero-error" mindset when it comes to data entry and file management;
  • Project Tracking: Proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks across different time zones and providers simultaneously;
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively chase providers for missing assets or information.
