We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be a key driver of our people operations, blending recruitment support with a passionate focus on onboarding and employee engagement. This is a fully on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and conducting engaging orientation sessions.

  • Coordinate pre-employment logistics, including paperwork, IT setup, and ensuring new hires have all necessary resources.

  • Support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews for internal and external candidates and maintaining accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Plan, organize, and execute company events, ranging from team-building activities and holiday celebrations to recognition programs.

  • Act as a central point of contact for employee inquiries regarding onboarding, benefits, and internal HR initiatives.

  • Generate and analyze reports related to recruitment metrics, onboarding success, and employee engagement surveys.

  • Collaborate with leadership to promote wellness programs and assist in the development of recruitment campaigns and strategies.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure total compliance with company HR policies and data accuracy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR or Recruitment Coordination role within a fast-paced or international environment.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and previous experience with ATS or HR software.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, from high-volume interview scheduling to large-scale event planning.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between candidates, new hires, and internal teams.

  • High level of attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and reporting.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the "employee journey."

  • Completion of HR or recruiting-specific courses is considered a strong advantage.
