We're looking for a Sportsbook Risk Manager who will be playing a critical role in maintaining the commercial balance and security of the sports product, with a strategic emphasis on the Spanish market. This position requires a combination of precise mathematical analysis, deep knowledge of regional and global sports sectors, and advanced risk assessment to minimize losses and maximize profitability.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Risk & Exposure Management: Monitor real-time work volume to balance markets and manage critical exposure levels.
• Customer Profiling: Analyze customers' behavior to segment users, and mitigate professional risks.
• Integrity & Fraud Prevention: Proactively identify fraud, system abuse, and suspicious business patterns.
• Yield Optimization: Track winning segments and performance data to protect and improve long-term margins.
• Compliance & Escalations: Act as the final point of escalation for complex AML, VIP, and regulatory (e.g., MGA) issues.
• Product & Data Innovation: Collaborate on platform improvements, UI/UX testing, and utilize PowerBI to drive data-led risk strategies.
