VIP Sportsbook Manager - German Speaking

We are looking for a German Speaking VIP Sportsbook expert who will be responsible for managing and improving the experience of VIPs.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and German both written and spoken;
• Deep knowledge and experience in Sports Book;
• Proactive person with good support / sales skills;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Attention to details;
• Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;
• Able to analyze customers’ behavior and keep a personalized relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;
• Monitor customers’ performance & behavior in order to evaluate bonus crediting;
• Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;
• Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage;
• Hours must be worked during shift business hours.
