We are building a next-generation sportsbook trading unit to support our new high-performance trading and risk operation across multiple global brands.

As a Senior Sportsbook Trader, you won’t just be managing markets; you will be a key architect of our trading efficiency. You will mentor junior talent, refine risk strategies, and work at the intersection of human intuition and machine-learning precision.

• High-Stakes Market Leadership: Take ownership of pre-match and live trading for global events, ensuring our pricing is sharp and our uptime is unrivaled.
• Advanced Risk Architecture: Beyond monitoring liabilities, you’ll identify patterns of "sharp" action and arbitrage, executing sophisticated exposure control strategies.
• Operational Excellence: Master and optimize our proprietary trading tools, risk dashboards, and data feeds.
• Strategic Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Trading, Risk, and Product teams to fine-tune our automated acceptance logic and AI risk-scoring models.
• Quality Guardian: Ensure the integrity of our data ecosystem—from event creation to final settlement—minimizing outages and maximizing margin.

🧩 Requirements

• The Expertise: You have a proven track record in Sportsbook Trading or Risk Management (Football is your second language; other sports are your dialect).
• The Mindset: You are data-driven. You don't just see numbers; you see trends. You excel in a 24/7 high-pressure environment where seconds matter.
• Technical Edge: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are a must. Experience with data feeds (Sportradar, Betradar, etc.) and an interest in AI-driven trading tools will set you apart.
• The Sharp Eye: You understand the nuances of bonus abuse, sharp action, and market manipulation.
• Communication: Professional fluency in English is essential for our international ecosystem.
