We're looking for an Portuguese & English-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our products.

This job is for our Night Team and it is based on a 3:3 working basis (3 days in, 3 days off) with a shift pattern of 11PM - 9AM

📍 Please note: This is a full-time, office-based position that requires your full presence at our Sofia office. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.

🛠️ Responsibilities:

• 📨 Providing support in Portuguese via email and live chat
• 🔍 Processing with great attention to detail and content
• 💡 Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions
• 🤝 Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
• 🧩 Working closely with our team to improve and establish essential processes

🧾 Qualifications:

• 🌐 Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
• 🚀 Proactive attitude with strong support or sales skills
• 🗣️ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• 🧠 Sharp attention to detail
• 📞 Previous experience as a support agent is a plus
