VIP Account Manager - German Speaking

We are looking for a German VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value. The position comes with excellent company perks and monthly performance bonuses.

Role Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and German both written and spoken;
• Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Attention to details;
• Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;
• Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;
• Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting;
• Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;
• Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage;
• Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month).
